Privacy Policy
Last updated September 14, 2026 · Fjalix, by Lexical B.
Fjalix (Android package com.fjalix.app) is a collection of Albanian word and
logic games — crosswords, a numbers puzzle, Wordle, Hangman, word search, Sudoku, Nonogram,
and Wordscape. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can control
or remove it. Fjalix does not require you to create an account, and does not ask for your
name, email address, or phone number at any point.
What we collect
| Data | Purpose | Sent off device |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous install/analytics ID | Understand feature usage, crash rates | Yes |
| In-app activity puzzle started/completed, hint used, session length, difficulty |
Product analytics | Yes |
| Crash logs & diagnostics | Fix bugs and crashes | Yes |
| Push-notification token | Deliver daily-challenge reminders, if enabled | Yes |
| Advertising ID | Show and measure ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded) | Yes |
| Stats, streaks, saved progress, settings | So the app remembers your games | No — stays on device |
What we don't collect
Fjalix never requests or has access to your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone, camera, or precise location. There is no account system, and nothing you type into a puzzle ever leaves your device.
Third-party services
We use the following services to run the app. Each processes only what's listed above, for the purpose stated.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — usage analytics, crash reporting, push notifications. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — serves the ads shown in the app. See how Google uses advertising data.
- Supabase — hosts the puzzle content and the single "push token" record described above. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
Advertising
Fjalix is free to play and shows ads through Google AdMob (banner ads while you play, occasional full-screen ads between games, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for an extra hint). AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to select and measure ads. You can reset or limit this at any time in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of ads personalization.
How long we keep it
- On your device — stats, streaks, saved progress, and settings stay until you delete them or uninstall the app.
- Push token — kept on our server until you request deletion (see below) or the token expires from disuse.
- Analytics & crash data — automatically deleted after 14 months, per Google Firebase's standard retention policy. It isn't linked to your identity, so we can't look up or remove one person's events individually.
Security
All data sent from the app travels over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections — to Supabase, to Firebase, and to AdMob. There is no way for the app to send data over an unencrypted connection.
Children's privacy
Fjalix is a general-audience word and puzzle app, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and provided data to us, contact us below and we'll remove it.
Your choices
You can delete everything Fjalix has stored about you, on your device and on our server, at any time — see how to delete your data for exact steps. Uninstalling the app also removes all on-device data immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we change what Fjalix collects or why, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
